1. Puppy Information

Deposit (non-refundable): $500
The deposit is applied toward the total purchase price. Remaining balance must be paid before the puppy leaves breeder’s care.
Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Card, Afterpay, GoodDog.
2. Health Guarantee
Breeder guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale.
- Puppy will come with full AKC rights, age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and deworming.
- Puppy will have a vet check prior to leaving.
Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.
If a licensed veterinarian finds the puppy to have a life threatening illness present prior to sale, buyer must notify breeder immediately and provide written documentation.
Breeder agrees to replace the puppy from the next available litter of equal value. No cash refunds will be given.
This guarantee does not cover parasites (coccidia, giardia, worms), hypoglycemia due to improper feeding, injury after leaving breeder, stress-related illness from travel, neglect or improper care.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyer agrees to provide proper housing, food, fresh water and routine veterinary care.
Buyer agrees to keep the puppy at a healthy weight and not neglect, abuse, or mistreat the puppy.
Breeder is not responsible for veterinary bills after the puppy leaves breeder’s care.
4. No Shelter Clause (Very Important)
Under NO circumstances may this puppy be surrendered to an animal shelter, rescue, pound, or humane society.
If Buyer can no longer keep the puppy at any time during its life, the puppy MUST be returned to Breeder.
No refunds will be given.
5. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership transfers to Buyer once full payment is received.
Breeder guarantees they are the lawful owner of the puppy and have full rights to sell.
6. General Terms
This agreement represents the entire agreement between Breeder and Buyer.
By signing below, Buyer agrees they understand and accept all terms listed above.
7. Pickup and Payment Terms
Once a pickup date is agreed upon, the puppy is expected to be picked up on that scheduled date. If Buyer needs to extend pickup, the puppy may remain in Breeder’s care; however, a boarding fee of $35 per day will apply beginning on the originally agreed-upon pickup date and must be paid prior to final pickup.
Buyer agrees to maintain open and honest communication regarding payment. If Buyer is unable to complete payment of the remaining balance prior to the agreed pickup date, Buyer must notify Breeder immediately. Failure to do so may result in the puppy being made available to another approved home.
All deposits are non refundable. Buyer acknowledges that they are financially prepared for the purchase of the puppy and agrees not to place a deposit unless they are able to complete the purchase. This ensures fairness to other families on the waitlist.
